Nataliia last saw her home with her own eyes on April 6. Then in their Prudianky village in Kharkiv region, hostilities began. The woman, together with her husband, two children and mother-in-law, left the village. The father, who lived in the neighboring Slatyno village, also came along. All together they left for safer Poltava. And in less than a month they received terrible photos of their houses destroyed by explosions and fires. They are not able to personally assess the destruction, as civilians are not allowed into their area now, demining is underway.
But from what Nataliia's family saw in the photo, it is clear that they will not be able to live there. Now the family moved from Poltava, where renting a house is very expensive for them, to the Pisochne village, near Kharkiv. Neither Nataliia nor her family have any idea how much money is needed to restore the house and where to get it.
