Oleksandr ROMANIUK
Romanuk Oleksandr Anatoliyovych was born on May 11, 1965, in the village of Hersevanove, Lozova District, Kharkiv Oblast. In 2002, he graduated from the Kharkiv Railway Transport Technical School and obtained the qualification of technician-electrician.
He began his career in railway transport in August 1984 at the production unit "Lozova Electric Supply Distance" of the regional branch "Southern Railway" as an electrician at the traction substation of Lozova station, and from October 1986, he held the position of duty electromechanic at the traction substation.
On August 5, 2025, Oleksandr tragically lost his life during a drone strike on the traction substation of Lozova station while performing his official duties.
During his time at the distance, Oleksandr established himself as a knowledgeable, determined, qualified, and conscientious worker. His sudden loss has brought deep sorrow to his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, beloved wife, daughter, and sister.
The bright memory of him will forever remain in the hearts of those to whom he gave his warmth and kindness.
