Oleksiy FENYOK

Oleksiy was born in the town of Snovsk in the Snovsk district of the Chernihiv region. In September 2021, Oleksiy started working as a 3rd category track fitter at the "Snovsk Track Distance" production unit of the regional branch of "South-Western Railways" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" as a 19-year-old.

Colleagues remember him as an active, positive, and full of plans and ideas employee. During the short time he worked with our team, he proved to be a very capable worker, always completing assigned tasks with quality and on time. He treated his colleagues with respect and listened to the opinions of those older than him. Young and promising, he had many plans ahead, got married, and dreamed of having his own home and children. He sang well and enjoyed reading rap.

On October 6, 2021, Oleksiy was called up for mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the mechanized troops, where he was an example of bravery and dedication for his comrades. He valiantly defended his homeland and gave a worthy resistance to the occupiers.

Oleksiy was killed on December 7, 2024, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during a combat mission in the Donetsk direction.
