Sergiy KVASHA

Serhiy was born in the village of Yurkyvka in the Vinnytsia region. In 2006, after graduating from the Zhmerinka Higher Vocational School, he joined the railway family as a 5th-grade electrical network technician at the "Zhmerinka Electric Supply Distance" of the regional branch "South-Western Railway." He worked in railway transport for 18 years.

Colleagues remember him as a cheerful, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible employee who always managed to complete his tasks and help his colleagues.

On December 9, 2024, Serhii joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the fire support company, bravely and devotedly defending the freedom and independence of Ukraine.

Serhiy was killed on April 4, 2025, while defending the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine during his military duty in the Dnipropetrovsk direction.

Serhiy loved his son and daughter immensely, enjoyed helping friends repair their homes, and took pleasure in growing vegetables and tending to his garden.

We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. Serhii is survived by his wife and children.
