Vitaliy was born on July 19, 1984, in the city of Zhmerinka, Vinnytsia region. After graduating from school in 1999, he trained as a carpenter-builder at the Zhmerinka Vocational Technical School. He began his career in the railway sector, working as a trackman at the Zhmerinka Track Machine Station (KMS-79) of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia." His total experience in this field amounted to nearly 8 years.

Colleagues remember Vitaliy as a kind, caring, and exceptionally responsible person. He was a man of his word and action, always available for advice or support. His friendliness, calm demeanor, and diligence served as an example for the entire team.

On March 7, 2024, Vitaliy was called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine during mobilization. He served in military unit A0243 as a soldier. Until his last breath, he remained faithful to his military oath and the Ukrainian people, demonstrating dignity and courage in the fight for Ukraine's freedom.

Soldier Vitaliy Mykolayovych Ksenchin, known to his comrades by the call sign "Senya," was killed on December 21, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission to defend his homeland near the settlement of Cherkaska Konopelka in the Kursk region. He was 40 years old.

Vitaliy is survived by his mother, Tetiana Trokhymivna, his wife, Olena, and two minor children—8-year-old son Andrii and 7-year-old daughter Snizhana.

The team at the Zhmerinka Track Machine Station of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" bows their heads in profound sorrow and pain in memory of Vitaliy Ksenchin. His responsibility, sincerity, and great sacrifice will forever be etched in our hearts. Glory to our Hero!
