Vladyslav BORYSENKO
Vladyslav Borysenko was born and lived in the town of Savyntsi, Kharkiv region. He worked at the motor car depot in Kharkiv, a branch of the "Suburban Passenger Company."
On November 2, 2020, he was drafted for mandatory military service and assigned to team No. 72. On June 23, 2023, Vladyslav signed a contract for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2024, he was transferred to the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade, where he served as a fire support squad commander in the 2nd Air Assault Battalion.
23-year-old Vladyslav Borysenko was killed on February 4, 2025, in the vicinity of the village of Kurylivka in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation while performing a combat mission.
Colleagues remembered Vladyslav as polite, persistent, and energetic; he approached his professional duties with diligence. After completing his service, he dreamed of studying at a higher military educational institution and continuing his military career as an officer. Friends say: "By sacrificing his life, he accomplished the greatest feat, transitioning from a boy to a man—he gave his life for the independence of his native Ukraine. In our memory, Vladyslav will remain a kind and reliable friend who was always ready to lend a helping hand."
Vladyslav is survived by his mother and two brothers. We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
The team at the motor car depot in Kharkiv mourns the irreparable loss. Eternal memory and honor to our colleague and Hero!
