Yehor KUZMIN
In November 2015, Yegor Yuriyovych began working for the railway as an assistant locomotive driver in the operational department of the Zaporizhzhia 2 depot, part of the "Synelnykove Locomotive Depot" branch of the "Locomotive Company" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia."
On the second day of the full-scale invasion, February 25, 2022, Yegor joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Information about his unit is not provided in the text.
On April 24, 2025, while carrying out combat missions to repel the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, he was injured by an enemy mine near the settlement of Shcherbynivka in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region. Doctors fought for his life, but unfortunately, on September 10, 2025, the railway worker's heart stopped.
Colleagues remember him as cheerful, kind, and honest. He had many friends and was always the life of the party. We will always remember his humanity and kindness. To us, he will always remain a model of courage and resilience. To those who cared about Ukraine's fate, who dreamed of a better future and a bright, peaceful tomorrow.
Yegor is survived by his mother and brother. We express our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
The team at the Synelnykove Locomotive Depot mourns this irreparable loss. Eternal memory and honor to our colleague and hero.
