Andriy KUSHNIR
Andriy Volodymyrovych Kushnir worked as a leading engineer in the contractual sector of the production unit at the Lviv station of the "Vokzalna Kompaniya" branch of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia." He had 15 years of experience in the railway industry.
Responsible, diligent, and kind-hearted, he always found common ground with his colleagues, offering help and advice, and genuinely cared about their shared mission.
From the first day of the full-scale invasion, he was called up to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, fulfilling his civic and human duty to defend his homeland. Faithful to his military oath, he bravely carried out tasks to ensure national security and defense, repelling and deterring armed aggression.
During a combat mission near the village of Klishchiyivka in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region, on June 6, 2024, Andriy Volodymyrovych Kushnir heroically lost his life, remaining true to his oath until his last breath.
