Anton was born in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. In 2008, he joined the railway, working as a locksmith in the repair shop of the Kryvyi Rih locomotive depot. After returning to civilian life, he became an assistant locomotive driver and later drove trains independently. His colleagues valued him for his high professionalism and dedication to his beloved work.
He participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) from 2014 to 2015, for which he was awarded the "Defender of the Fatherland" medal. In February 2022, Anton celebrated his 35th birthday and had many plans, including learning to play the guitar. However, on February 25, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He applied his military experience in a reconnaissance unit in the Kharkiv direction, serving as a radio-telephone operator.
35-year-old Anton Alenichev was killed in action on June 12, 2022, near the village of Dibrivne in the Kharkiv region.
He was posthumously awarded the Order of "Courage" III class.
Three children were left without a father, an elderly mother did not wait for her son, and older brothers and a sister lost their youngest sibling.
The team at the Kryvyi Rih locomotive depot of the regional branch "Pridniprovsk Railway" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" mourns the irreparable loss. This professional locomotive driver, an ATO veteran who had received the "Defender of the Fatherland" award, returned to the ranks of the Armed Forces serving in a reconnaissance unit. His dedication to the homeland and desire to protect the future of his three children, recognized with the Order of "Courage," is the highest civic virtue!
