Dmytro Buhayenko
Dmytro was born in the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. In 2019, after graduating from the Kharkiv Railway Transport Lyceum, he began working on the railway as a 3rd class repair mechanic for rolling stock at the Kharkiv motor car depot.
Colleagues describe Dmytro as friendly and communicative, ensuring the safety of train operations, and dreaming of the end of the war and returning home soon.
On June 30, 2020, Dmytro was called up for compulsory military service. As noted by the Kupiansk Military Administration, he was young and cheerful, with many plans and dreams.
22-year-old Dmytro Buhayenko passed away on January 31, 2023, in the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region. He was forever 22 years old.
Dmytro is survived by his father, Andriy Oleksandrovych.
