Ihor Lautа
Ihor was born in the village of Voznivka, Zhmerinka district, Vinnytsia region. He dedicated his life to the Zhmerinka Locomotive Depot, where he worked as a caster of lead-tin alloys, ensuring the stable operation of the unit.
Colleagues remember Igor as a disciplined, diligent, principled, and proactive worker who was respected by his peers and took his responsibilities seriously.
Ihor, a caster of lead-tin alloys, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2023, while performing a combat mission in the vicinity of the settlement of Terny in the Donetsk region. He selflessly defended the country from the aggressor.
Ihor is survived by his wife, daughter, and son.
The team at the Zhmerinka Locomotive Depot of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" bows their heads in deep sorrow for Igor. His courage, responsibility, and great sacrifice will forever be a symbol of honor. The bright memory of our colleague will always remain in our hearts.
