Ivan PATSAN

Ivan was born and lived in the village of Zhelanne in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region. In February 2014, he began working as a trackman for the Donetsk Railway, and from 2016, he worked in the Pokrovsk track maintenance unit. During his time there, he established himself as a disciplined, hardworking individual, demanding of himself and his colleagues.

On October 5, 2022, Ivan decided to defend Ukraine. He served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, honorably protecting our country.

Ivan Vasylovych, a trackman, was killed on February 13, 2024, as a result of explosive injuries in the area of the settlement of Terny in Donetsk region.

Ivan is survived by his mother and daughter.

The team at the Pokrovsk track maintenance unit of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" bows their heads in profound sorrow and respect for Ivan Vasylovych. We will not forget the heroism of the Warrior!
