Oleksandr Arzhevitin
Oleksandr was born and lived in the city of Berdychiv, Zhytomyr region. In 2021, he joined the railway family, becoming a 3rd class trackman at the Koziatyn track division.
Colleagues and family remember him as a bright, cheerful, sociable, and brave person, an optimist who always fought for justice. His life motto was: "Never be afraid of anyone or anything." He enjoyed fishing and motorcycles, dreaming of a happy family.
Oleksandr Arzhevitin was killed on February 3, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Paraskoviivka in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region, suffering a gunshot wound. Until May 24, 2023, he was considered missing in action.
Oleksandr was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage III class.
He is survived by his mother, sister, brother, and two minor children: a son and a daughter.
