Oleksandr Pasichnyuk

Oleksandr was born in the village of Adamivka in Vinnytsia region. He dedicated nearly 23 years to the railway, working since 2001 as an electrician for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment of the 6th category at the Koziatyn Electric Supply Division.

Colleagues remember him as a skilled worker, a kind and cheerful companion, attentive, hardworking, and disciplined. Outside of work, Oleksandr enjoyed fishing and spending quality time with his family.

On August 19, 2023, Oleksandr joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving as a soldier in a mechanized brigade, bravely defending his homeland.

Oleksandr, the electrician, was killed on January 5, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission in the Zaporizhzhia direction, protecting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

For his personal courage and selfless actions, he was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.

Oleksandr is survived by his wife, son, and daughter.
