Oleksiy Tverdovskyi

Oleksiy was born in the city of Lozova, Kharkiv region. He graduated from the Simferopol Railway Transport Technical School and dedicated 30 years of his life to the railway. He worked as a track layer of the 4th category, most recently at the Pavlohrad Railway Distance.

Colleagues remember Oleksiy as a very diligent, non-conflictual, and calm worker to whom any task could be entrusted. He was a quiet, self-sufficient person who enjoyed reading books, beekeeping, and radio engineering, and loved repairing old equipment. His son Andriy emphasized that his father was very reliable and always helped people.

On October 5, 2023, Oleksiy was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

50-year-old soldier Oleksiy Hryhorovych Tverdovskyi was killed on November 25, 2023, during combat near the village of Ocheretyne in the Donetsk region. Since November, he had been considered missing in action for some time.

Oleksiy is survived by two adult children. He lived in Lozova with his mother.
